Known as the Mother of Breath, I founded WILD SOUL to bring us back to ourselves – to our primal, wild, mystical nature. Back to the time when we looked up at the stars, lived in harmony with nature, and pondered life’s bigger questions.

Let’s be real: we’re distracted, stressed, frustrated, and sometimes just angry. Collectively, we’re not as joyful or fulfilled as we could be.

We've forgotten who we are and why we came here. We’re bombarded by information, advertisements, and the constant hum of overwhelm. Yet deep inside, we already have everything we need. When we get present, our truth surfaces, and we come home to ourselves.

We are here to expand, to be fully alive and present in this human journey.

To live through every emotion – the love, the pain, the successes, the heartbreaks, the ecstasies. All of it.

We are magnificent beings, yet we hold darkness within us, too. It’s not something to avoid but something to befriend. Wholeness is our true home.

I am here to guide you back to yourself. I don’t give advice; I teach you tools to release stress, connect with your depths, and come home to your essence. And, yes – it feels profoundly good to return to that place.

I grew up in an abusive family, in ways I don’t need to describe, because you understand, perhaps in your own way. We each carry our own cross. Sometimes, we look at others and think, “Their life is perfect” or “Thank God that’s not my life.” But everyone has their path, and some are content in their own rhythm, finding beauty in simplicity.
